Melissa Simpson joins Bellcore Commercial as Director of Commercial Real Estate, bringing over 11 years of top-tier industry experience across the Panhandle. A dominant force in Northwest Florida for nearly a decade, Melissa combines deep regional roots and strong municipal relationships with a data driven, principal-led advisory model. As a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designee and multi-year CoStar Power Broker award winner, Melissa leverages sophisticated financial modeling, demographic analytics, and market strategy to maximize value for her clients. Her areas of specialization include Land Development, Investment Retail Sales, and Office/ Industrial/ Retail Leasing.

Melissa holds a Master’s of Science and over a decade of experience designing and implementing statistic- and researched-based programs at Michigan State University and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Today, she has developed a highly successful methodology that combines this research-based approach with practical application when scouting, listing, leasing, and selling commercial real estate.

Her achievements include ranking as the #1 CBC Agent in the Southeast for Q2, 2026 by transaction volume, the #1 CBC Agent in Florida for both Gross Commission Income (GCI) and transactions in 2022 and 2023, and placing in the top 2% of CBC agents nationwide in 2022. A seven-time Northwest Florida Top Agent of the Year, she has also earned multiple CoStar Power Broker awards throughout her tenure as a Commercial Broker Associate (2019–2026). Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Kent State University and a Master of Science in Sport Science & Coaching from the University of Akron.
